The Womb Hara Ceremony is three hours of unhurried, sacred tending — created for the woman who is ready to release what she has been carrying and step into herself anew.
Through abdominal massage, womb massage, and a closing Rebozzo wrapping ritual, we build a container for whatever you are ready to let go of. There is no agenda beyond your body's own wisdom. You are held in reverence from the moment you arrive to the moment you are wrapped and reborn.
This is slow, intentional work. You are not rushed. You are seen. You are enough.
Layer one
The belly holds everything — stress, grief, birth, loss, undigested emotions. Through intentional, rhythmic abdominal massage, I work to release fascial restrictions, support organ mobility, and improve circulation to your digestive and reproductive systems.
Many women describe this as the part of their body that has never been truly touched with care. We change that here.
Layer two
Your womb is not just a physical space — it is an emotional and energetic center that has carried more than most of us have ever been taught to tend. Whether you've given birth, experienced loss, navigated fertility challenges, or simply feel disconnected from this part of yourself, womb massage offers a place to process, release, and reclaim.
This is held with the deepest reverence. You lead. I follow.
The closing ritual
The ceremony closes with a Rebozzo wrapping — an ancient practice of swaddling the body in cloth to signal completion, integration, and rebirth. As you are wrapped, you are invited to release what no longer serves you and receive yourself anew.
You came in carrying something. You leave lighter. That is the promise of this closing ritual.
Your ceremony
We begin with a grounded, unhurried check-in. Space to arrive, to be heard, and to set your intention for what you are ready to release.
Gentle breathwork opens the ceremony and helps your nervous system soften into safety. This is the beginning of the container.
Slow, sacred hands-on work — abdominal massage, womb massage, and energy work woven together over three unhurried hours in a rhythm that follows your body's wisdom.
The ceremony closes with your Rebozzo wrapping — a ritual of release and renewal. You leave wrapped, held, and reborn into yourself.

Do I need to have any specific health condition to receive this ceremony?
Not at all. The Womb Hara Ceremony is for any woman who feels called to it — whether you're postpartum, navigating fertility, in a season of grief or transition, or simply craving a deeper connection with your body. You don't need a reason beyond the desire to be tended.
Is this appropriate during pregnancy?
Please reach out before booking if you are currently pregnant so we can discuss what's appropriate and safe for your stage. Many aspects of this work can be beautifully adapted for pregnancy, and I am happy to talk through options with you personally.
What do I wear? What should I expect physically?
You will be draped throughout with only the areas being worked left undraped — your comfort and modesty are always honored. The abdominal and womb work is done directly on the skin with organic oil. You are always in control of what feels right for your body.
Is it normal to feel emotional?
Completely, and it is welcome. Tears, laughter, deep sighs, a wave of relief, or even unexpected memories — these are all the body doing exactly what it needs to do. You will never be rushed or made to feel like your response is "too much." This is exactly the space for it.
What happens after I fill out the form?
I will personally reach out to you — usually within 24–48 hours — to schedule your ceremony, answer any questions, and make sure this is the right fit for where you are right now. This work is personal, and so is the process of booking it.

The Womb Hara Ceremony is held at The Shala in Castaic — a quiet, intentional space created for exactly this kind of deep, nourishing work.
